Organisational Development Facilitator

Debbie is a skilled and passionate facilitator with over 30 years experience of working within Public Services. She has over 15 years experience as a  senior manager working at a strategic level within several Local Authority Children’s Services.

Debbie has developed and delivered multi-agency training programs to a range of professionals, including Health, Education and Voluntary organisations. As a skilled Coach she supported a ‘Developing Women’ program and helped participants to achieve their goals.

Debbie has delivered major transformation projects in collaboration with partner agencies and has a strong belief in the importance of developing healthy organisational culture.
