Working in Partnership and Team Development

We no longer have the time or the resources to work within a model of isolation.

In a climate of diminishing resources, contracting services and changing needs and expectations, authentic partnership working is critical to sustainable success.

 

Supporting and working with services and businesses to engage in a meaningful way with current and new partners, challenging traditional models and precepts of 'partnership working' with a focus on both the What and the How on both external and internal relationships.

 

Integral to our approach, is modelling partnership ourselves; our philosophy is to work in partnership with our clients to deliver cost-effective and bespoke impactful interventions. 

In terms of internal partnership working, we actively support team development for both new and established teams. Customising our approach based on need, content can range from issues relating to role, responsibility, remit, and vision, through to team dynamics, conflict resolution and working with change.

The heart of the ELA approach is to work in true partnership with our clients. We will seek to fully understand needs and culture building strong relationships. We ensure that rather than just providing an ‘off-the-shelf’ solution to a pre-defined list of requirements we establish that every piece of work we do, and every conversation we have, is truly matched to needs.
