Caroline has twenty years experience in small, medium and international organisations as an internal and external Organisational Development (OD) consultant and coach. She has experience of a variety of OD projects including culture change, public sector transformation, employee engagement, and organisation design.
She is a Lead for OD Europe West Midlands Network. Contributor to CIPD Level 7 Advanced Award in Organisation Design. Speaker at Organisational Development seminars and conferences e.g. ORC International, NHS, Local Government Association, OD Europe – West Midlands.

Caroline is currently writing a book “OD for Newbies"  for those who find OD in their title having worked in other areas, for example HR or L&D, for those at the start of their OD career and for managers and leaders in organisations.
