John is an experienced Leadership Development and Team Development Consultant. He has worked within public sector organisations for over 20 years, managing customer service operations for two local authorities, working as a corporate business analyst, overseeing administration operations, and leading various transformation programmes focussed on service improvement and behaviour change.

 

As an external facilitator, John specialises in delivering empowering, challenging coaching sessions, and facilitating workshops that help individuals identify how they can improve their performance, wellbeing, and professional esteem. His approach is intuitive, relaxed, and empathic, while also being purposeful and highly developmental.

 

John is accredited to deliver MiRO psychometric testing and is a Master Practitioner with The GC Index.

 

John is also the co-owner of rural Alpaca farm providing wellbeing experiences for individuals and groups.
